Tu Mewn, North Wales' newest bathroom and kitchen centre,
is the brainchild of husband and wife Huw and Emma Williams
and Emma's mother, Christine Jones. It is a fantastic new showroom,
with a unique combination of all the best brands on the market
and a professional and personal sales service. The
Jones / Williams family is no stranger to entrepreneurial
business ventures as they have all been involved with Pentraeth
Group, which Emma's father owns. In fact, the kitchen
and bathroom centre is based in the old car showroom, next
to Nefyn petrol station. Emma said: "We are delighted
with our premises. Because of the huge windows, a stunning
natural light floods the building and it really shows off
the gorgeous kitchens and bathrooms". She added: "We
also have the benefit of a large car park just outside the
store. In fact, when we were researching our target market,
we found that the convenience of easy parking often made
customers choose the out-of-town warehouses over high street
stores. So by offering this accessibility and our guaranteed
personal family service we hope to provide the best of both
worlds". The showroom not only supplies fittings but also offers
a fantastic design service so that every kitchen, bathroom,
bedroom or home office can be bespoke to your home. This
means you can use the space in a room to your advantage and
plan it to fit into your family's requirements in terms of
lifestyle. Tu Mewn offers a free of charge home survey and consultation,
after which a computer aided design and a quote can be produced.
If the customer wishes to progress with the job, Tu Mewn
can then arrange the installation for a customer too. In
fact, the whole job can be completely project-managed instore
if that is what is desired. Emma said: "We wanted to
be able to offer a real flexibility in terms of our service
- no job is too big or too small. We can supply and manage
a home refurbishment or simply sell you a tap!". Depending on the product the customer has chosen, a manufacturer's
guarantee will be included on all goods - from 5 to 25 years.
The new showroom will have eight fully fitted kitchens on
display, including two which will be in working condition
